Christina Diaz Gonzalez
Location: Miami, Florida
Although Christina grew up in a very small Southern town (it didn’t have a McDonald’s until she was ten), her Cuban parents instilled a pride in her heritage that she now shares with her readers. Christina moved to Miami, Florida while in high school and later went on to study law in Madrid and then graduated from Florida State University College of Law. Yet, she always felt that her true passion was for books and not for legal memoranda. With the encouragement of her large extended family (think My Big Fat Greek Wedding except everyone is speaking Spanish) she pursued her dream and is now ready for the release her debut novel, THE RED UMBRELLA.
