Courtney Summers lives and writes in Canada where she divides her time between a piano, a camera, and word-processing program when she’s not planning for the impending zombie apocalypse.

Cracked Up to Be is her first novel. Her second novel, Some Girls Are, “pitched as Mean Girls meets Heathers,” will be out in Winter 2010 from St. Martin’s Press.
