Hello, everyone,

Since our launch last December, AuthorsNow! has received wonderful attention from book lovers like you. Thanks for spreading the word and  keep telling your friends and colleagues about us. Your support let’s us know we are doing something right in the effort to bring you the latest on  debut children’s and teen books.

We’re also pleased to report we are over 110 members strong with more authors and more books on the way!

Now here’s what’s new at AuthorsNow!

  • Our improved search feature makes it even easier to find books you want.
  • The author map (see right sidebar) is very handy for finding local authors
  • Author Speaking Availability, provided in the left sidebar, shows which authors speak nationally and locally.
  • Author Spotlight provides an inside peek into an author’s thoughts on how his or her book stands out from the others. We hope this will help you make decisions about whether this book is for you or the people you make recommendations for.
  • Connect allows our authors to communicate directly to you about what’s on their minds. They might talk about their books, their lives, or the world in general. It’s another way to make that connection with our authors.
  • We’re bringing more contests, more giveaways! because who doesn’t love free stuff?

In the coming months, look for …

  • Information about author visits from our members
  • Discussion guides that accompany the books
  • And book ratings (from PG to R) to help you make the most appropriate choices based upon your preferences.
